I have extensive experience taking headshots on location and I understand the importance of capturing professional images of you and your staff with minimal disruption to your working day.

Beyond this, there are a number of other advantages to working with me to create professional images of your staff:

On location meetings (when feasible)

Once the estimate has been accepted I meet every client on location to discuss their needs and evaluate the area where we’ll be working to ensure that I know exactly what equipment is needed to achieve the results they require.

I am expert in photographic lighting – if there is a style of portrait that needs to be matched, I can certainly do so.

Personalised image selection

I believe in allowing each staff member to pick their own image. As I work, the images are transferred to an iPad so that the person I am working with can view the results immediately and be happy with the final image selected.

Peace of mind

I carry Public Liability Insurance to cover unplanned mishaps whilst on location and provide my clients with an extra level of peace of mind.

Pricing

As every assignment is unique, I will happily provide an accurate estimate once the scope of your assignment has been discussed.

In general, estimates are based on the following:

  • Time on location. (Minimum of 2 hours) 50% Deposit to secure the day of the assignment.
  • Number of people being photographed.
  • An assistant for the duration of the assignment.
  • Retouching fee per image.
  • Sundry expenses when applicable (travel, parking, equipment hire etc…).
